onemuseleftI haven't been around much, because I was busy quitting my job. I've been talking about leaving for about four years now and I finally decided it was way past time to put my money where my mouth was. So I quit, gave up my apartment and moved to Richmond, where my new job is. I'm currently roomies with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
kahn until I find either a different job or a really cheap apartment.
The new job is with a bank - I won't bore anyone with details, because it's petty boring. But the pay is decent (although almost exactly 50% of what I was making before, but I don't care I had to get out of there) and it has benefits and a ton of perks, so I'm going to make out all right.
My cats are traumatized, though. They may never speak to me again after this. THE HORROR.
So that's what I've been up to. Hope you all are having a great year so far.
