Yuletide revealed!

Gordon Korman Never Wrote A Zombie Story (And Know We Know Why) a Bruno & Boots fic set several years after the end of the series (in which there are zombies)
and
Four Times It Wasn't Bruno's Fault and One Time it Really Kind of Was another Bruno & Boots fic set during their school years. The title, I think, is also kind of self-explanatory.
