When you're on hour 9 of an 8 hour shift and you're understaffed and crazy-busy and you're the only one on the floor because all the managers disappeared more than an hour ago, and you're running into the office in something just shy of a raging fury the one thing you absolutely should do before you storm in and demand "Could someone please take these calls because I have to piss or DIE" is make sure they aren't on a company-wide conference call.
