Embarassing but True

onemuseleftApparently, thirteen years later, I still kind of think Nosedive is cute.
I read fanfic (for this fandom) for the first time in what has to be a decade, and damn. It's weird to see how much of my stuff has been lifted and reused over the years. Flattering, but kind of baffling, too, because I was never that good in the first place. Even the stupid fake swear words I made up keep popping up in all these stories. And oh! My wangsty overly-dramatic and frankly kind of contrived backstory for the two brothers seems to have spread.

The depressing part, of course, is that thirteen years from now I'll be talking like this about stuff I'm writing right now.
