onemuseleftColumbia Pictures has announced (according to this week's Entertainment Weekly) that they will be making a Sherlock Holmes movie. Yay, right? No. Because they also announced the casting decisions.

Borat is going to be fucking Sherlock Holmes. Seriously? This is what they pay people for? *whimpers* I'm going to need one of you to kill me before this movie comes out. Or at least, someone lock me away so I don't have to see it.
(Apparently Warner Bros. is also making a Sherlock Holmes movie starring Robert Downey Jr. I could make a bad joke about whether RDJ has the acting talent to play a maladjusted drug addict, but I'll refrain. In any event, at least it's not fucking Borat.)
