onemuseleftWe have a regional inspection at work tomorrow and we're not going to pass with flying colors - oh, we'll pass, probably - and I don't even care. It's kind of sad and pathetic, because I used to love my job. But I'm so frustrated at beating my head against the wall when I try to get anything accomplished that I've sort of given up. There's only so much I can do alone - at least 3/4 of what I'm supposed to have ready for tomorrow was supposed to be a joint effort between me and the store manager. If you're guessing I did it all myself, you'd be correct.
I don't like being half-assed about things, but I think I've officially given up on this job.
The day after tomorrow I'm off to North Carolina. Why? Job training. Training for what job? THE ONE I DON'T WANT. The one I told them I wasn't going to take. The one I specifically said I had no interest in and would not be successful in. Guess how mandatory the training is? Yeah.
Anyone have a fucking awesome job that's looking for someone new?
