Oct. 14th, 2004 11:18 am*pokes at Xana and Kat* Sonnet's letting me steal her computer while I'm at work, so look for me. Miss you both. MWAH!
I can only think that I'm glad.
In recent news I'm up to absolutely NOTHING! I'm on day three of my week long vacation and I plan on continuing my winning streak of nothingness until the very last minute. Well, I may break it briefly to try and visit Leena, if the opportunity arises. But beyond that - nothing!
*grins and rubs hands together*
I'm on a Dean Koontz kick for some weird reason. Haven't read a word by him in three years, now I read a book a day. I think it's Halloween, because he's really not my favorite writer. Although to this day I still love Watchers. *grins sheepishly* Hey, I love dogs, what can I say? Drove Sonnet crazy at the bookstore yesterday, reciting the plots of all the books to her. She smiled very patiently before hauling me physically to another part of the store.
Last night was nice. The three of us went to get ice cream and watched some early Naruto. It was stuff we'd all seen or read so we didn't have to pay too much attention and we ended up with an impromptu MST session. Sasuke's just so easy to mock sometimes. I got really sick toward midnight and had to crash - still feel kind of queasy. I'm going to give Sam hell for getting me sick. *mutters under her breath* "By the time you start showing symptoms you're not really contagious anymore, right?" my ass. *gives Hampton a dirty look* I guess it was just my turn though - everyone I work with has been out sick with a stomach virus this last month. I just wish I'd gotten sich before my vacation started.
*listens to Relient K's remix of The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything on repeat* Leena, you are so getting this on a mix CD.
Pirate Captain's Log: 2002
Who be this band Relient K? And why be they so full of contradictions?
We are the pirates who don't do anything! We just stay at home and lie around! And if you ask us to do anything, we'll just tell you: we don't do anything!
Justin is trying to talk me into rereading the Wheel of Time. And it's working. Quick! Someone fetch me Sara Douglass!
*rubs hands together* Well, yet another rambling entry from the magical world of Kelly has come to a close. I hope I've left you all slightly more confused than when I started.
I can only think that I'm glad.
