onemuseleftI am so very grateful I have a friend like Leslie. A lot of very bad things could have happened if she hadn't been there for me last night - and a couple of dangerous things. *hugs* Thank you so much, Leslie.
Speaking of Leslie, I am nearly 100% certain that she's behind the crazy stalker phone calls I've been getting since I got home. At least I hope it's her. ^_^
I met a girl who was being stalked today. Her name was Kristen, and she came into the bookstore looking for legal books about how to handle stalkers, and the psychology behind stalking. She looked for a lot of books about victims of stalkers, and rape survivors as well. We talked a while, cause we had to special order most of the books, and she told me about the coworker who had attacked her one night, and was now threatening her, following her toand from her new job, and making life hell for her and her family. She's younger than me. It was sad, and upsetting, because she doesn't know what she can do about it and she says she can't get the police to take her seriously.
It was a long day.
In other news, my boss (B&N) now loves me eternally. She also thinks I rock, which is similar but not the same.
I want to see Treasure Island again. And Shanghai Knights. And Nemesis. And The Two Towers. And... something else? I'm not sure.
Ne, Leena - what's that funny story you said you had to tell me about Jen? I keep forgetting to ask you when we talk.
