Tired, tired K-chan...

Took a third carload of food down to the Salvation Army today. Hollins students, usually the most apathetic people alive, have really come forward right now. We had the candle-lighting at 7, and then we left the candles burning on quad (safely in the middle of a very large concrete area, don't worry) with the unlit candles in a box nearby for anyone who was late. People lit candles all night. We only just put them out cause security told us we could only leave them burning till the sprinklers came on.
Teenage Gohan showed up on DBZ today, apparently. :) That's cool. Laura taped it so we're gonna go see. She was very very happy about it.
Got my new glasses in the mail also. Wore them today to give my eyes a break from the contacts. I've worn contacts day and night without a break for two years. I literally take one pair out after a month or two of continual use (they're two-week disposables) and put another pair right in. Which is, like, the LAST thing you're supposed to do with an astigmatism. But my eyesight's improving so I can't be doing things tooooo badly.
I LOVE Indiana Jones. :) We watched movies in Starkey tonight and we tried to let Phillip pick a movie. What does he pick? Con Air (plan crashing into a city) and Backdraft (lots of firemen dying). Mary smacked him and we ended up watching the third Indiana Jones movie. I swear, Sean Connery and Harrison Ford really act like father and son. I love it.
hmm... What else? I have work tomorrow morning. YAY! SO I can't stay up too late. I'm also babbling at this point. :) I think I'm gonna go to Laura's place and see Gohan now. Talk to everyone tomorrow. Hope you're all doing well.
