It's not exactly a Darwin Award, but I win some sort of prize.

So I woke up this morning, knocked a coffee mug off the counter and ended up with a gash on my foot that bled all over the kitchen floor. And the living room carpet. And the hallway. And most of the bathroom. And two perfectly good towels, one pair of sneakers and the inside of my car. Yay for grace and coordination! I ended up at the hospital for stitches, and then had to sit around for a couple more hours because they were worried about my blood sugar. Hospital food is not, for the record, any worse than cafeteria food, but that's all the credit I'm willing to give.
