(no subject)

Shawna wants me to go to Richmond with her tomorrow to hit the mall, but that would involve me having nothing to do for several hours while she was in class. I thought about crashing at Sonnet's in the meantime, but she has enough on her plate it seems. Gave Shawna a raincheck on the shopping expedition, because I don't really feel like hanging out at the bookstore for several hours. We're going to meet for hot cocoa at IHOP after she gets back from Richmond instead.

Dresden Files airs tomorrow night. Ruth and Chris are going to tape it for me (YAY!). Ruth invited me to come over and watch it while she was at work, but I don't really know Chris all that well, so that would weird me out a little.

Work today was uneventfull. KJ - my new supervisor - looked at me at one point today and asked me "Do you ever get worked up about anything?"

Me: "What do you mean?"

KJ: "I've been here for a while and every time anything goes wrong you just go 'okay, here's what to do.' You never get thrown."

Me: "You've never flown with me."

He decided that since the bookstore doesn't fly, my lack of cool in the situation doesn't matter. ^_^

Merchandise has started coming in for the new TMNT movie, and there are temporary tattoos! Really cool ones. I bought them and we all gave ourselves tattoos in the breakroom. Apparently my bookstore is full of geeks. Monet took one look at the book and promptly flipped out. Seems she didn't know there was a new movie coming. ^_^ She's going to go see it with me and swears that geekiness doesn't bother her.

I've got tomorrow offso I think I will do absolutely nothing. Well, except pick up Kat's present. But beside that, I plan on being unproductive for the entire day.
