"Who is man to call another man less than godly? Because while man can make a mess, only God can make a homo."
Work was dead slow tonight, prompting me to the conclusion that after a couple weeks of 100 degree weather, people have given up on braving the temperature and are staying at home dropping ice cubes down their shirts. I envy them, believe me. Especially since the air conditioning at work is still on strike.
You know, I still remember when people didn't believe in global warming. Now everyone just takes it for granted.
"Oh, hey, Billy Bob, it's 115 with the heat index!"
"Must be global warming. Crank up the AC."
In my more cynical moments I contemplate the endless cycle.
Then I think about moving to Alaska. Or Canada. Depends on whether Jeb-boy follows through on his asinine threats to run for President.
Speaking of which, every time Bush does something, mom calls and reminds me she didn't vote for him. ^_^ I love it. Today she read something about the Superfund being bankrupt (which I admit I didn't know myself until very recently, bad Kelly) and called me to let me know she was horrified and "I did not vote for that man!"
I love my mother.
