Kelly exits, stage left, pursued by bear
Dec. 6th, 2004 10:30 pmPolar bear.
Kim at work had the first two episodes of Lost on tape and lent it to me. I now really, really, really, really want to see the rest. Like, now. Also, Dominic Monaghan should not ever sing on television again.
Penny Arcade's theories are looking pretty good, actually. I have no idea what's going on besides the obvious. I friggin love this show so far.
And the giant flaming geek in me keeps thinking, "so much potential for fic..."
Sonnet, the crossover possibilities simply abound. Little cavorting crossover opportunities. Wearing tutus and steel-toed boots and quoting Hamlet. Wow, are there some possibilities. I'll probably never actually write any, but it's fun to think about.
Also, the bit with French? So understood it! *grooves with her not-at-all-bi-lingual self*
On a real world note, today I got the last of my Christmas shopping done. All that's left are the silly, optional things that I will only do if I have extra money next month. Also, the mailing of gifts, since I'm not going home for Christmas this year.
yashakizu, do you mind if I send your box to your parents' house? Will you be there this year? Also, Leena, you're just going to have to suffer my presence, because I refuse to mail your stuff when I see you every other week. :P Plus, I want tickets to see A Christmas Carol!
Series of Unfortunate Events, Ryo? *anticipates madly*
I was feeling better today, in terms of mobility, so I cleaned the apartment a little. took out some empty boxes from my mad unpacking binge a couple weeks ago, and did some dishes. Leaning over the sink really makes my back ache, so I didn't get very far, but hey. I have forks again! Woot. Lusi has decided that since I was somewhat immobilized for a week or so I have forfeited all claim to the apartment. I tell her she is wrong, but she doesn't listen. I think that cat could possibly kill me in my sleep if she ever figured out how to lay in a lifetime supply of cat food.
All right, as much fun as I'm sure my babbling is for you all, I'm going to run off and go read now.
