Feb. 23rd, 2004 04:31 pmI'm in a pissy mood over something relatively trivial, so I've fled the apartment and am currently monopolizing the library computer. I'll go home when I'm no longer pissy and am merely cynical and anti-social.
Home internet still down. Verizon more stupid than usual. And twice as incompetant. Lingering traces of hostility may be found in my abundant sarcasm.
Sadly, there's not a whole lot to update about. Life is good, but life is pretty predictable this time of year. My slowly growing YYH collection is a welcome distraction from the fact that work is mind-numblingly slow during February. Also, Sonnet has discovered something called Mirage of Blaze, which she is going to make me watch tonight, which may clash with my plans to be anti-social. It looks very good (the series, not my anti-social behavior). I'm waiting for her to try and write a crossover with it and YYH.
Kuwabara/Kurama, baby.
The bright side of the internet being down is that I've written almost thirty pages in the last week and a half. I'm not sure any of itis worth keeping, but at least I'm writing.
All right, I'm calmer. I am going to go browse a bit, then head home and watch Simon & Simon. I may even attempt to do it in the living room, assuming I can win the deathmatch to get a seat on the Couch o' Laura and Lusiphur.
