sidara, who is one of my best friends, for the first time. I'm going to have to fly. I'm going to see San Fransisco, and the Gay Pride Parade and an anime/manga store that's three stories tall.
And leather bars. Muchly intrigued.
But also quite nervous. I hope we get along as well in real life as we do online - although after seven years, we'd probably have figured out if we wouldn't.
And I hate flying. Hate it. Hate it hate it hate it. Burning, firey hatred here, folks.
Starting now, I'm putting aside money for the plane tickets, and some spending money while I'm there. On the bright side, I haven't touched any of my vacation tme, personal days or sick leave, so I'll definitely be able to get the time off.
Nervous. And very excited.
