onemuseleftWell, I sort of have a computer again. It's... well, let's just say it's a bit make-shift. But I can check my email and that's about all I need it for anyway.
In real life things are not much more exciting. I started down at the shelter a couple months ago - don't think I mentioned it here - which is very challenging in a lot of ways, but challenging in a good sense. I mostly work with the kids, which I love, and it's jsut generally a good feeling.
Work is the same as always, but busier. We're now down two managers instead of one, so I anticipate someone having a breakdown on December 24th at 4:30 in the afternoon. I maintain it won't be me.
Talked to Laura for a while last night and was able to get a couple things off my chest that have been weighing me down a bit. She was very helpful and just made me feel a lot better than I had been. That was good. ^_^
Other than that, not much. I need to post the next rec for Mag 7 over at crack_van tomorrow or tonight, and send someone the first part of the fic I wrote this afternoon to be beta-read. My life is boring, but generally fulfilling. ^_^
Oh! If I know you in real life, I need your address! If you could email it to me, I'd appreciate it. Megan and Molly, I think I have yours, as well as Sonnet and Laura, but everyone else, please get them to me!
