onemuseleftWith everyone and their mother getting engaged or married lately, (Molly and Megan, Colleen and Justin, Laura and Bobby, Joan and Frank, GW and Tony) I feel like everyone's waiting to see what I'll do. Will I get married? Get engaged? Get a boyfriend? A girlfriend? I've seriously considered propositioning Kat, just because she's 3000 miles away and no one could call me on it. Also, technically we're engaged, so it's only right that she put out a little.
But that's as hard to do from opposite coasts, too. So I've turned my attention elsewhere.
I would like to propose marriage to the following people:
1) Zoe, from Firefly. Wash can come too, I think he's cute.
2) Please note that I will also happily give myself to Nebula from the Legendary Journeys. Queens need concubines, too, right?
3) Iolaus. Please? Pretty please? I don't mind if you and Hercules wrestle in the barn. Or the campsite. Or the bedroom. Actually, I'd like that a lot. Can I watch?
4) Peter Venkman of the Real Ghostbusters. Also acceptable would be Peter from the 88 MPH continuity, who is noticeably closer to my age, and not afraid to make sweet, sweet subtext with his pal Egon. Movie-Peter need not apply.
5) Post-series Kuwabara Kazuma. I'd have him sooner, but that's be highly illegal, what with him being fourteen and all. Also, his sister. But not at the same time, that'd be weird.
Please note that while Yuusuke is extraordinarily attractive, I wouldn't touch him with a ten-foot pole because I know where he's been.
6) Samantha Carter. Have you seen the show? Yeah, you know you'd do her too.
Several naysayers have tried to tell me that my proposals will never be answered because the recipients are all "not real people" but I say that's unnecessarily pessimistic. Just because they aren't real in this universe doesn't mean they aren't real somewhere else. Sam, Peter and Iolaus in particular get shunted into other dimensions almost every day! Odds are eventually they'll make their way here. And when they do - Oh yeah.
